The frame is Great and I am using it as a 3 wheel setup, with 100mm wheels! It is the first 3 wheel setup I have ever used, and I took to it like a duck to water, as if I had always skated on them! Very manoeuvrable in that mode, and feels more like skating on ice hockey skates (which I do quite a lot) but with the speed of speed skates. So feels like the best of both worlds with them on! I trained with a few other speed skaters on them a few days ago, and they seemed as fast as my friends on their 100mm 4 wheel setups. I had no worries on holding the track with 3 wheels, feeling confident they would not slip out from under me! Great fun while I await the ice rinks opening again, and I can get back to short track, and enjoying it so much back on inline, I will continue training off ice on them anyway as part of my overall training! | |
